Deleting your account · Grown & Gathered

You're always in control of your information in Grown & Gathered (a gardening app by Revolate Ltd). You can delete your account and its data at any time, right from inside the app. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

How to delete your account

You can do this yourself, in a few taps:

Open the Grown & Gathered app and make sure you're signed in.
Go to Settings (the cog icon).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm when asked. That's it — your account and garden are permanently removed.

Prefer us to do it for you? Email hello@growngathered.co.uk from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you, usually within a few days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from your device and from our servers:

Your account details — your name and email address
Your postcode / area
Your whole garden — your Seed Tin, Garden Plot, sowing and harvest dates, reminders, wishlist, notes, custom crops and any seed-packet photos you added
Your preferences and settings

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept, and for how long

Once you delete your account, we do not keep a copy of your personal data. We may retain minimal, non-identifying records only where the law requires it (for example, basic transaction records if you ever had a paid subscription, kept for the period required by UK tax and accounting rules). These records do not include your garden or personal profile.
